Touring the QMA

Free Museum Tours Every Sunday 2:00pm, 3:00pm and 4:00pm

The Museum offers hour-long tours of its temporary and permanent art exhibitions on Sundays. Most tours are appropriate for adults and children over the age of 12. Tours are available in Spanish and Bilingually by request.

Tours are free with admission.

Please see our current exhibitions listings for anticipated tour content.

Group Tours

Private tours of the museum’s exhibitions, both permanent and temporary offerings, are available from noon to 5:00 p.m., Wednesdays through Sundays. Permanent exhibitions include The Neustadt Collection of Tiffany Glass, The Panorama of the City of New York, and our World’s Fair collections. Please visit our website for information about our changing exhibitions. Several museum exhibitions can be combined into one tour.

The fee for a one-hour tour is $75. Free Sunday tours are also available.

Off-site Talks

Private slide talks, one hour in length, can be scheduled for groups at sites throughout New York City and beyond. We offer lectures on subjects related to the history of New York City, The Panorama of the City of New York, Louis Comfort Tiffany, aspects of the 1939 and 1964 Worlds’ Fairs and our current exhibitions. A transportation fee might be added depending on the location of the venue. The museum requests that the venue provide a slide projector or a computer and projector. Private slide talks are $250 per program.

  1. I would like to bring a group of 10 to 12 college-aged international students for a tour. We could come on a Monday or Wednesday afternoon.

    How can we arrange this?
