New York Art Therapy Association NYATA General Meeting

The NYATA, Inc. functions to unify art therapists in New York State, conducting presentations and workshops. NYATA provides communications between our region and the American Art Therapy Association, and adheres to the AATA Code of Ethics. NYATA promotes the art therapy profession through legislative activity, public relations, education, research, and maintenance of professional excellence.

2 – 2:15 pm Welcome/Introduction & refreshment

2:15 – 2:45 pm NYATA announcements- Introduction of new board members- Presentation of annual awards: Honorary Life Member and Pam Clark Distinguished Service Award, Overview of NYATA plans for the year and review of the day’s agenda

2:45 – 3:30 pm Lecture Presentation:
